A Corporate Healthcare Programme is run in conjunction with a hospital
plan at a Medical Scheme of the employer group’s choice.

This enables SpesBona to assist and dovetail benefits, enquiries, claims,
pre-authorisations, treatment plans and advice on the cover needed from
the Scheme, for each individual employee.

SpesBona then administrates the Healthcare Programme on behalf of the
employees by micro-managing the employees’ medical expenses
and ultimately their health.

This arrangement is facilitated in a company-owned bank account and has several unique tax incentives for both the employer and employees.
